Dr. Kim Kilpatrick, the Board President of Grant-Booster Foundation, Inc. and CEO of Grant-Booster LLC, is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in grant writing and management. His 13-year career has seen him secure millions for nonprofits focusing on children and families. His academic credentials include a DBA and MBA from Capella University and a BSc in Business Entrepreneurship from NUC University. Kim's leadership roles, including Director of Advancement at Cornerstone Family Ministries and his status as a sought-after nonprofit consultant, underscore his expertise and commitment to the sector.

Position: Board Vice President
Shayan Nowroozpour, the Board Vice President, is a seasoned attorney at Ascendant Commercial Insurance. His legal expertise, backed by a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University and a political science degree from Florida International University, brings a strong foundation in litigation, contract negotiation, and client relationship management to the Grant-Booster Foundation. His commitment to family time and DIY projects outside of work reflects his well-rounded approach to life and work.
